Hussain Mohamed Wednesday, 10 November 2010 12:44 PM
Jayam, you are the only one who has understood the real position of our ministers & politicians. Others are just shouting.
Lankaputra Wednesday, 10 November 2010 02:02 PM
Let them die! Isn't that what the nurses are doing to the patients anyway?
wije dias Wednesday, 10 November 2010 02:16 PM

wije dias Wednesday, 10 November 2010 02:20 PM
Once upon a time that is 1982 MANY THOUSANDS faced the same situation when a Yanky elephant swinged his trunk.
priyal Thursday, 11 November 2010 10:18 AM
I think in future they should get a agreement signed from the hospital staff that they will not go in any strike if happy take the job or get lost
Simplelife Wednesday, 10 November 2010 08:03 AM
Excellent move for taking innocent patients as a bait .
Gayan Samarasekara Wednesday, 10 November 2010 08:07 AM
These are all democratic means of protesting. Why does try to respond so rudely? Why cannot it consider the nurses' demand? This is typical third world (infact third class) politics.
DHA Wednesday, 10 November 2010 08:09 AM
Good at least now recruit some real nightingales......!!!
Ranjith Wednesday, 10 November 2010 08:11 AM
This is absured. They are entitled for sick leave also this is a trade union action within their limits. They did not damage gates and occupied hospital beds!.
Look as a human and should have said in-advance that all strikers would be pushhed so and so. Now just let it go as it was a failure!.
We support the Government and also act as humen, please.
Ruwan Ferdinandez Wednesday, 10 November 2010 08:13 AM
The people who take fun out of poor sick people must be taught a good lesson at some point.
Ane Anichchan Wednesday, 10 November 2010 08:18 AM
Damn good for these saboteurs!
malkanthi Wednesday, 10 November 2010 08:19 AM
so they can't even fall sick! sick leave is an entitlement!
Ruwan Ferdinandez Wednesday, 10 November 2010 03:56 PM
For people like you, it is a lifetime entitlement, but for those who get paid by us, they ahve to be responsible or let others do the job.
Health Office Wednesday, 10 November 2010 08:26 AM
Sick note is for the use of when you are actually sick. Do not us this as political tool. Those who misue this should be fired.
srilal Wednesday, 10 November 2010 04:09 PM

buriyani baba Wednesday, 10 November 2010 09:14 AM

Sri Lankan Wednesday, 10 November 2010 09:23 AM
