Seven JVP members including a party organizer for the North was arrested by the Military police last night and handed over to the police after they were caught pasting posters in the Kilinochchi town, the JVP said. The JVP members had pasted posters calling for the release of Tamil political prisoners, the removal of emergency regulations and the release of former army commander Sarath Fonseka, the JVP added.
