Do these Indian MPs think that Sri Lanka is a part and parcel of India for them to send officials to interfere in internal affairs of Sri Lanka.

When we run short of labourers to put fences around the IDP's property, we can get them to come by ferry and help out. After erecting the fences ship them back by ferry. We do not want them helping / getting involved in other matters of the country.
