Child murderer is a drug addict. Who brings drugs to the country? Mostly politicians and their henchmen. Knowing very well they are drug barrens, still people of Sri Lanka elect them to the parliament. People who voted drug dealers to the parliament are responsible for this crime.

Death sentence is not a solution. We have seen countries with death sentence and higher rate of crimes. Education should focus on character than mere merits. Otherwise, we will face this situation over and over again... Parents, Teachers, Societies teach values...

For this type of crimes-minor or major - rich or poor- educated or uneducated - drug addict or not- convict/s should be given death sentence to protect our children.
