It is high time the transport of school kids by vans is discouraged. Time for the SLTB to have school buses like in 60s and 70s.

Dont always look at the bad side of it, the status of schools vans are so putrid something has to be done.... no point shouting about it once something goes wrong..

Not only the registration of school transportation services but also the easy detection of such vehicles needs to be activated. In order to accomplish this all such vehicles should be painted bright YELLOW so it is easy for the inspectors such to spot vehicles at a glance.
