Dear Professor, You have already given some recommendations through APC, which was headed by you. However, no actions were taken for APC proposals. I think the PSC will also have the same fate.

PSC has to give a solution subject to the already expressed Hela Urumaya condition that no devolution of power is possible. So the solution will have to be about how to divide the loot.
