The entire road leading to the Fort Railway Station has been cordoned off and thousands of people are seen trying to get make alternate routes into the railway station. We can see that the crowd have managed to break a gate to enter the railways station A group of protesters can be seen sitting on the main road while MP Harin Fernando is negotiating with the police and protesters. The protest has left thousands of commuters stranded as the bus routes in the area have been closed. (Hafeel Farisz and Yohan Perera)

Please protest somewhere else, it is the innocent public who have to suffer and get late to go home. Today is Friday that means all leaving for outstation are at an inconvenience. Take it out on the Gov not on the people!
