If a postponement is indeed possible, in a court-martial, then why didn't they do this at the first court-martial, considering the absence of the lawyers for SF?

How can one person be responsible for award of tender. Isnt there normally a Committee who considers the tenders? I myself worked in a leading corporation and sat at tender board meetings, but if I didnt agree with the award of tender because the majority of the members of the tender board wanted to do so, I always insisted that the fact that I did not agree, was reported in the minutes of the tender board meeting. So all tender board members are collectively responsible.

Dissolve this court martial. Dinesh Gumnawardena has said Srilankan Government has not bought any equipment from JHi corp, May be General Fonseka has bought them from his personal account for the Army
