President Mahinda Rajapakse unveiled his election manifesto Idiri Dekma; the second edition to the Mahinda Chinthanaya, in the presence of several government Ministers at the BMICH a short while ago.
Speaking at the launch the President promised that provicial council polls would be held in the North soon in order to establish democracy islandwide.
