    Justice delayed is justice denied

Baba Boo Friday, 15 October 2010 07:34 AM

The learned minister talks of giving star rating system to electrical appliances. My I suggest that he also gives star rating system to the service provided by the electricity board. In some area not far from Colombo there are power interruptions almost daily. Sometime two or three times a day. The CEB can then charge the consumer based on the star rating of the service.

the case was going against the government with so many contradictions in witnesses accounts
this is democracy in Sri Lanka. there was no power disruption in the area, only in the courts.

    migaraa Friday, 15 October 2010 07:35 AM

Arrest the electricians and labouerers in the courts. Power supply was smooth in other buildings in the area. This is sabotage.
