I have a bit of a suspicion about the person who was seated,he dont panic or pay any attention for the incident even though, something remove by the robber. Just watch it,may be i am wrong.

I think it is an insiders job..I suspect the tall bearded manager chap who works there.Today i saw him going around the counters for the first time. When you go to him for any information he will always dodge behind the policies of the bank.In this theft case policies followed they could have avoided any incident...

WE SHOULD THINK OF A GOOD SECURITY SYSTEM IN PLACE IN ALL IMPORTANT INSTITUTIONS. IN FUTURE NO ONE SHOULD BE ALLOWED ENTRY WITH HELMET ON, ALL BAGS SHOULD BE CHECKED AND ALL VISITORS SHOULD BE SECURITY CHECKED AS AT AIRPORTS

My question is hire security that can actually do something besides opening a door plus he came in with a motorcycle helmet on so security of this bank is not great..

Power security layout. A panic button with a siren would have stopped the robbery. In addition there is just one camera monitoring this important area. A second camera should have been there in the opposite direction or angle.

Being a bank employee myself i know how the staff are trained. They are told not to challenge a robber. They must activate the silent alarm and do as they are told. Their life is worth more than a few millions. This cash held in the branch is insured. So there wont be a complete loss to the bank.

I would not blame the employer. He had a gun and smartest thing to do is sit there are wait. But there is a serious issue with security there. They opened the door and asked to remove the helmet. Should have waited inside till he remove the helmet.

He is not coward you fool, what if he is killed, will you take care of his family? Is it worth taking that risk?
sk Monday, 28 September 2015 02:22 PM
need to change the security procedure.Keep armed security personals side the bank building and monitoring the counters through CCTV.. if anything happened they can take action strategically.not juts keep the securities at front door. keep them in side(no one can see them) and monitoring .
Coward woman Monday, 28 September 2015 02:12 PM
This coward employee should be sacked with immediate effect. Why could not he use his brain to stop the thief? It was just one man. He could have hit the thief with a chair. Coward..
malik Monday, 28 September 2015 02:10 PM
How can he come in side the bank with out a door key? Is this bank is open for every one to come inside the bank?

Why would anybody risk their life given the high level of crime and murders in the country? After all the money is insured and the Bank and claim the loss from its insurer?
Clifford Monday, 28 September 2015 01:39 PM
is it so easy to rob a bank these days and with all those bank staff and security around?????? no one had the guts to apprehend the robber .
