By the time this comes into effect another generation of smokers will be born to add to the list of the diehards. So why is the industry so worried? Besides the state needs this golden goose. See how the state keeps increasing the cost of liquor(fags too) and has it reduced/stopped sales?

I agree with you. Any step taken by government with a heading of "stop drug" so far, with a view to earn more money not other than anything.
