What the hell? why cant they be prosecuted? just coz they retired... So in other words all public officials who are involved in corruption can go on early retirement when they are netted? Absoolutely ridiculous is the law helping the criminals here I wonder... and what audacity has these officials of the dept... to state that they cannot be prosecuted.. Wonder IF they were "Palmed"

This is unbelievable. Not chargesheeted after ten years for the biggest fraud in the country. The high officials in the Treasury, Inland Revenue Department and the Attorney General's Department should be asked to resign and competent persons appointed.
