Gangodawila Magistrate Anura Kumara Herath today ordered, Actress and MP Upeksha Swarnamali not to release any statements to the press regarding the ongoing court case in which her husband was accused of assaulting her, until the relevant medical reports are released.

The Magistrate also allowed her husband Mahesh Chaminda to visit the actress’s house with police to collect documents and other belongings. (Ananda Weerasuriya)
