One dead, 9 injured in wasp attack

A 55-year-old man was killed and nine others including four women were injured following a wasp attack in Dibula, Talawakelle last evening, police said.

Police said the victims were coming after attending a religious ceremony at a Kovil when they met with the incident.

The injured were receiving treatment at the Kotagala Hospital.
