Wow! baring the culpability of this individual (and his family) on the accusations, should not the SL embassy first look after the interest of its citizens? Haven't heard other embassies behaving like do-gooders...hope at least this person is receiving some legal counseling?

Who are these officials posted in Oman ?
These fools acted like police for UAE. Their duty is to protect Sri Lankan citizens and if our people face any difficulty they are there to help.

One of my Double accountant friend had a Islamic investment company in Sri Lanka and without paying the depositors money, ran-away to Qatar. Can't the authorities expel his family also to Sri Lanka.
