Pathetic situation. At least the mother did not kill the child. I tried to register for adoption of children. Its seem a long process. I hope they simplify it so that more of these children can find good homes to grow up in.

There are so many people who are willing to adopt the baby but no one to help the mother. It is very sad, what made the mother to give up the baby. Why not reunite the baby with mother.

if this baby is born to an unmarried couple can the baby survive in our
society? i doubt it...check questions in current birth certificate registration... it says
"is the parents legally married" imagine this childs future, where ever he/she goes
our society will look down upon this kid...same time can a unmarried single mother bring up
a kid in our society? lts easy to preach very difficult to practice!!! thats the truth.

Help many orphanages. Do every possible thing to innocent parents-less children in the society. But think twice or thrice before you adapt a child whose parents are unknown. Remember the GENES play a huge roll.

it's nice to see that so many wants to adopt the child. sure thing thoe the process of just abandoning a child is easier than adopting a child in this society.

I think finding the mother and looking into the reasons behind this abandonment (by the closest thing to a baby) needs to be looked at and assistance provided by Social Affairs to lead a normal life through some meaningful employment to the mother. .
