It is war crime. Everybody saw that Gaddafi was captured well alive. He was the leader of Libya. Killing a surrendered leader is a war crime. US, UK, Canada & France we whole world need an acceptable answer. Where's the Ban KiMoon, Pillay & so called HR Champions? Are you all dead or Surrendered to NATO ??
