Former Minister S.M. Chandrasena said today, that his brother S.M. Ranjith will most certainly take oaths as Chief Minister of the North Central Province on September 24

What I think is, steering committee would have thought that S.M. Chandrasena will never resign as, we have never seen/heard resigning politians from their posts in Our country. Its gogly ball and nicely negotiated by S.M.Chandrasena.
