Seriously.... it is necessary to have this operation if we need tourism. Look at Malaysia, Indonesia and Dubai. Need to legalize it in a way that Sri Lankans would not engage in it, but the tourists (at least)

There is no way that you can stop this. That is why it is called the oldest profession. Also this is basic economics. If there is a demand there will also be a supply. The only difference is the price. Just like liquor and tobacco.
