Mistaken identity leads to demonstration

A demonstration is currently underway on the Kalmunai- Akkaraipathu Road by residents of Nindavur after a showdown late last night between the residents of the village and the Police Special Task Force.

The incident had occurred after STF personnel had gone into the village in civilian clothing.

A decision had earlier been taken by local authorities to demand identity cards from strangers visiting the village after 9.p.m. following a rise in robberies and crimes in the area.

The village vigilance group had demanded identity of the STF personnel who were in civvies and one had failed to provide identity which had resulted in the showdown.
Reports said that shots had been fired but no injuries had been reported.

1.Armed personal took them with firing at civilian
2. Why police didn't interfere
3. Why did police from Akkaraipattu came first
4. Why they have to come in civilian clothes in the night

very funny report from police.

last night group of people caught this guys in abandoned house beach area while changing cloths. these cloths matching with last few robbery incidents.

any way why they changed cloths in beach area?. They can come in civil suit from the camp. Why they bring clothes extra clothes? R they performing any drama? Why they tried to escape? hey can show their identity and leave.

Come on guys, wake up. you think there is no any other places for Pakistani extremist. People are struggling for their daily food. There is no room in their mind to think about extremism.
If you can't help them, at least leave them live peacefully. let them sleep with peace of mind.
If the police do not want to do their duty towards public, it is the people have to defend their stakes.
