Indian National Security Advisor Shivshankar Menon arrived in Sri Lanka a short while ago.According to officials Mr. Menon is here to discuss a tri-lateral maritime security treaty among India, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.Mr. Menon had earlier served as India’s High Commissioner to Sri Lanka and his current visit is on an invitation by the External Affairs Ministry, officials said.
