Are the Katunayake and Hambantota airports in different climatic regions? If not, why do you need two international airports in the same climatic region of a poor country like Sri Lanka?

we need a airport in middle of the country. if some one from Jaffna he have to travel to this Airport more than 600 Km.if it is in Dambulla area will be for good for everyone.slowly Colombo airport will closed or very less plane will arrive.we have per day arrivel not more than 30 .for this we don´t need such big second airport& not in Hambantota.

Surely, there should be more than one suppliers of Bitumen in the world. If one failed, should explore the possibility of obtaining elsewhere? Otherwise, how to meet the deadline?
