Have you ever heard something called MARRIOT? Marriot is the world third largest hotel chain. 200 rooms mean average foreign currency income of LKR 500 million, annually. And, this hotel will feed at least 150 families in the country. Be possitive, man!!

We heard of many other Hotels that were to come in the past and still waiting. Where are they? As far as I am concerned, it is a Election Gimmick for the village idiot

Encourage many more like marriot to come here , We must thank Hon President and Mr Basil Rajapaksha for promoting Sri-Lanka tourism.

i have long ago stopped asking myself that question. beleive me its worthless... as buddha said 'thama hisata thama athamaya sewanalla' forget about them and try to improve your own life.

John, going by your comment I'm sure you must be having the good end of the yard stick unlike the majority people living in SL. Most of us work hard but sadly everything we earn goes back to the government coffers (one way or another) to keep up the lavish lifestyles of these so called people's representatives. I mean ALL of them - they must surely think we have horns on our heads to buy the cheap crap they dish out to us on a daily basis.
So let the show go on. The actors and actresses must after all make their ritual appearances to keep us entertained and people like you can continue to think we don't work hence the reason for no success.

dont blame other people for your inability to do well in life. Work hard and be an Entrepreneur. Life will bring you sucess.
