Management of Jayawardenapura Teaching hospital, dissolved

The Management of the Jayawardenepura Teaching Hospital has been dissolved with immediate effect by Health Minister Maithrepala Sirisena. He will appoint a new board next week and until then a competent interim board will be appointed, which will take place tomorrow. This decision has been taken due to the various complaints received with regard to the management. (SAJ)
