Can someone explain why such hail and hearty boys should be admitted to hospital. Please stop this nonsense and punish who authorize such actions. At least this time it is the prison hospital, not Merchant's Ward at GH.

    #Pasindhu Tuesday, 18 September 2012 03:54 AM

this is exactly like a movie.....they get arrested and transferred to the prison hospital and then released on bail.....how nice

    Jehan Tuesday, 18 September 2012 03:37 AM

May be to the Psychiatric Unit...

    vik Tuesday, 18 September 2012 04:03 AM

Were they admitted to the psychiatric ward? Prison should have been informed that this is how they normally behave and that they are not mental!

    Appuwa Tuesday, 18 September 2012 03:54 AM

A typical political game. This is not new in our country, any way.

Gunasiri Mama Tuesday, 18 September 2012 03:43 AM

I admire Malaka to an extent... He did not assault an ordinary person..Even in previous occasion Malaka assaulted police officers. This instance army personal..We find that non of the forces or police personal on all occasions could not fight back.
But public can remember how these officers treated FTZ workers when they protested against the day light robbery of their EPF money and how the poor fishing families were treated in chilaw for protesting against increased of fuel price.

    Anjula Tuesday, 18 September 2012 04:12 AM

Am getting fed up of my own country because of whats happening around. There was a time that we could proudly that WE ARE SRI LANKANS.... But now these politicians are making the country a joke and people are ashamed to say that they are from Sri lanka. If an innocent man got into a fight with someone, would he have got the same treatment? What a shame...

Disgraceful state of affairs. Instead of being remanded to a cell, to contemplate their wrong doings, They are probably getting fed with food from Galle Face hotel, while relaxing and watching the T20 in Bed. Truly only in Sri Lanka.

    sandeepa Tuesday, 18 September 2012 08:37 AM

They should be admitted to Angoda mental Hospital.

Real peace Tuesday, 18 September 2012 04:41 AM

The most disgusting issue here is that a DOCTOR has recommended the transfer to hospital. I can't believe the army is keeping quiet about this sickening drama.

jay gunasekara Tuesday, 18 September 2012 08:47 PM

This is a Nadagama and a Kolan for entertainment. Why do the ruling elites have to do all this ess bandung just carry on regardless do what ever you want to do because you won the war and we are eternally grateful to the Rajapakses for ever and ever even though it was the skin of the village youth and $ 5 billion that was spent on armaments that won the war on a ratio of 10:1 facing the enemy .No big deal other than standing up to the West in refusing to halt hostilities.
