Maithripala faults diplomats

Well most sri lankans knew it already. This statement will some day change to 'certain politicians in Sri Lanka are not performing their duty and as a result of that President Mahinda Rajapaksa was blocked from delivering the speech at the Local University'. we already know this too.

Stop political appointments. Appoint most qualified and experienced people. Give list of duty and check every three months whether they are fulfilling.

Diplomats should be foreign service professionals. Not politicians,serviceman,businessman, stooges,corrupt individuals, & useless fellows. Get your basket correct.

Govt. made many military personnels as diplomats.I think that is not good.Usually military personels lack diplomatic qualities.
