The lane restrictions should be applicable to all. We have to start somewhere to bring some order to the roads. In time things will smooth out. Patients is the order of the day.

I never thought this is something that would be coming under human rights. This shows how illiterate these people are. After driving like wild animals all over the show it is hard to stick to one lane and obey the law.
Athula Wednesday, 09 December 2015 05:29 AM
Buses are the biggest culprits on the roads. Police need to be seriously strict with them.
anaWijearnte Wednesday, 09 December 2015 04:48 AM

Who is this fool has he seen the traffic flows in western countries where one house has a minimum of 3 cars, everyone follows the lane rule less accident and stress free driving. The buses over there are three times bigger than the ones over here. The road is for everyone to share you fool.
sanathdk Wednesday, 09 December 2015 04:14 AM
Yes they should stay on left lane , or left side of the road to let passengers on and off the Bus, without bloking 2 lanes, these are the idiotic people casing all the traffic, dumb request by him,
devika.fernando@bigpond.com Wednesday, 09 December 2015 02:56 AM
At least now the crazy bus drivers will be tamed as they have to stick to a single lane. At least now the commuters will be safe.
Samson Tuesday, 08 December 2015 06:10 PM
I am a bus traveler. Main culprit are the buses who create all traffic jams on roads all over the country. Now they have a problem racing. We are not rich enough to have separate lanes, may be possible in certain areas. Other offense committed by buses are the loud honking. These laws are long overdue. Some of these drivers and the management must observe how disciplined bus drivers are on narrow roads in developed cities of the world. No traffic jams!
