Ranil,
Please listen to Karu and act wisely and do not be adamant. There is a limit for everything. Do not ever think that supporters will listen to you all the time. Before long you will realize that you are left with few losers and retired guys who can do nothing. Before you and your henchmen are thrown out from the party, act wisely and be in the party.

Being with the party can be considered as a loyalty but does it mean you have to do everything what party does whether it is good to the country or not?
In Karu's point of view, he does what is best for the country. Not narrow minded with party concept. Even when he went to the government, he did that based on this mind set. Political support was necessary to finish the war at that time. His action collapsed UNP but he helped to save the country.
