Paths; better shinhales be in this mentality it help tamil young generation to grow because when I visited N & E I have seen one thing they are only concentrating on there study's im sure with in another five years time they going to be the best I hope our government do not do any dirty thinks to stop it all the best for illakai north and east .

This will not materialize whether under a UNO Govt or SLFP Govt who between them have ruled the country since independence. History is full of pacts signed & then not honored by the Govt.

India knows this well but for strategic reasons ignoring it. Karunanidhi must continue presing the Delhi Govt into finding an honorable solution.

One thing for sure the Singala govts would rather keep the Tamils subjugated than see the Island developed; one can see the stagnant economy in SL with any meaningful development taking place only in the N&East thanks to Indian & Chinese aid.

When r the Singala people going to realise that with over 3 million disgruntled Tamil speaking people in the N,E & Upcountry, meaningful development is just not posible.

13-A is part of the constitution of Sri Lanka and a joint Accord between two countries, it is the duty of both to implement it.

We have a far better 18 Amendment approved 5/6 of the parliament. We do not have to necessarily stick to what we promise. Mr Krishna you got look at your neighbor with a broader perspective, not from your level of standing..
