he is talking about , 1million, 3 million rupees donated by some people, Tilvin don't u have a brain to think that this is petty cash for a government compered to what they are doing to affected people. You may be thinking 3 million is a big amount when u guys were robbing banks in 1987. But for disaster recovery this is negligible, this money is not enough even to lift the aircraft for rescue operations.
