They may be doing trarding under Indo/ Lanka Free Trade Agreement. Why catch the small brats instead of going behing Big Sharks as Vat fraudsters, Foreign Exchange violaters etc. OUR WOMEN LOVE TO WEAR INDIAN SAREES , PARTICULARLY " SILK " sarees.
