all these years our fishermen could not fish these waters but the indians fished in their territorial waters. now that fishing is allowed and our fishermen can finally start their livelihood again they have to contend with poachers from TN in our waters and we are not allowed to do anything about it. Is this how much TN cares about the Northern people?
