This will give us oppertunity to send these MP's to classes. What about JVP idea's in Engish as the subject matter for MP's to learn english.

Most of the Tamils will easily learn Sinhala, but, most f the Sinhalese will not easily learn Tamil! So, this will only be an idea!!

This is as a very good move ....giving them an incentive will induce them to learn an additional language....learning anything extra will not go waste
