'Loans sans conditions' or not, we are still begging, and living like beggars! We are borrowing in millions! Aren't we only compelling our children and those to be borne by them, to pay for our well-being? When will we truly accept this?

Its not a loan, its a bailout. Honestly, this is not something we can be proud of.

Of course, he is playing with words! The original approval was given with conditions of which we see the results today of price hikes, denial of wage hikes etc. So, it is obvious there are no conditions attached when releasing a part of the tranche.

100% true. Before the IMF approval, we fulfilled all the conditions by increasing prices and postponing salary hike. After the approval no more conditions to fulfil.
