if calling to question your on-line grades, press "1"
if calling to question your z score, press "2" or letter "Z"
If you think that the examination officials cannot differentiate between the number "2" from the letter "Z", press "3"
if calling for concerns with re-correction, press "4"
for complains or concerns to Minster himself, please press uppercase letter "F" to go with his earned grade.
If you cannot find the letter "F" on your key pad, then good luck and you have qualified to be a MINISTER.
