Heavy traffic in Kollupitiya

Heavy traffic was reported in Kollupitiya after a tree fell on a three-wheeler and a car on the Duplication Road near the British Council, police said.

They advised the motorists to use alternative roads to avoid traffic.

Its total negligence on the part of the Municipal Council. In every rainy season we hear these incidents where people get injured but nobody cares it seems. Its Councils job to remove dangerous branches
