Heavy showers to continue

The heavy rainfall which is being experienced around the country will continue today in the North, East and Western Provinces, the
Meteorological Department said

A rainfall of 101mm  was recorded from Colombo in the last 24 hours, while 107mm was recorded from Katunayake . Several minor floods were also reported from several areas around the island.

    No worries friends. The skies are clearing up. Whenever the MET says that it will rain, it will be a clear day. Do be carefull though when they predict dry weather. Then, make sure to take your umbrella.
