Three National Diploma in Technology (NTD) students of the Moratuwa University were injured following a clash between two student factions, police said. Four students were arrested. (AW)

10 years ago uni authorities agreed to move NDT out of uni premises within an year - in 2002. but we are in 2011 now.

Cannot understand why the authorities move the diploma students out of university premises. Are they waiting until somebody get killed? The bankrupt political parties like JVP are trying to instigate trouble and hope government understand the underline issues here and locate them elsewhere.
