Removing the speed limit is not the solution. But there should be some tolerance. If the limit is 50kmph and if they fine you for going at 51kmph it doesn't make sense. At lease there should be a tolerance of 10kmph. In the western countries that I have been, this is the case. If the speed limit is 50 you can go upto 60.
