Fire in Henegama

A fire broke out in Henegama, Weliweriya and destroyed a paper accessories shop as well as a house close to it, last night, a police report stated.

Police said that the flame of a candle may have been the cause for the fire. The fire was brought into control with the help of the Gampaha Urban Council.

No further damages were estimated and the police are conducting further investigations.
