The Chairman of the Film Corporation Ashoka Serasinghe had been removed from his post yesterday.

Jayantha Dharmadasa was tipped to be his replacement with an announcement in this regard expected today. Dharmadasa who is the present chairman of Sri Lanka Cricket, was a one time chairman of the corporation.
