This gov; too at the Cabinet meeting on 22nd April 2015, approved of the High way from Kadawatha to Kerawalapitya of 9.2 KM at RS 67 bn. This works out to about Rs 7.0 bn per KM..This is about 6 time higher than the cost per KM of Colombo Katunayake Road.Does FCID expect to investigate it also.
