ACTUALLY IN A LITTLE COUNTRY COMPARATIVELY WITH 2 MILLION POPULATION LIKE SRI LANKA, EVERY CASE COMING BEFORE ANY COURT COULD BE DISPOSED EXPEDITIOUSLY, UNLESS SOME SORT OF CORRUPTION LEAPS IN TO SOME ARM OF JUSTICE. IT IS STRANGELY DESPICABLE TO SEE HOW LETHARGIC JUDGES SLEEP OVER CASES. WHILE LAWYERS UNDER THE SLIGHTER PRETEXT PRAY CASES BE POSTPONED AND DRAGGED AS THAT IS FOR THEIR FILTHY LUCRE. WHEN CASES ARE UNUSUALLY DRAGGED TH JUDGES HAVE TO BE PULLED UP. THIS IS DISGRACEFUL 8 YEARS LONG.COULD JUSTICE PREVAIL WITH PROCRASTINATION.?
