Eleven cops produced in court

Eleven policemen were produced before the Matale Magistrate today for driving without license, insurance and vehicle registration papers.

These policemen are all attached to the Matale police. They were inspected by a group of policemen under the directions of senior DIG H.N Abanwala who received information that they were violating traffic laws. (J.A.L Jayasinghe)
