There are 3 laws in Srilanka, 1,Sarath Fonseka law, in which the law act very fast,case filed decison taken swiftly.2,SaranaGunawardana,Chandana Kathriarachchi law the application of this law is very slow,take lot of time,police say no evdence then man go scot free.Duminda Silva law here law looks the other way and the man will go where ever he wants to go.Law is very shy and always pretend as nothing happened.
