Govt is trying all the tricks of the trade to find him guilty. If he was guilty enough to be put behind bars - then isnt it ample time to prove him guilty. Anyway, it will be interesting to see what the charges are? We have still to know definitely what the charges are. Till then HE IS INNOCENT UNTIL HE IS PROVEN GUILTY - and till then, he is entitled to enter parliament for the inaugural sessions.
