Universities are abodes of learning and not experts to analyze forensic evidence such as CCTV footage. This shows the poor knowledge of our Police and Judiciary. If the local Police (who are experts in corruption than the subject they professional need to know) do not have expertise to analyze this subject, then foreign expertise via FBI or Scotland Yard should be obtained.
