Nonsense . There are so many food outlets sell hygienic food on a daily basis. First start with them.

What is the big issue? We Buddhists do not want forcibly give away anything but rather happy to prevent from giving anything to any one. Arms giving is all about commemorating the Lord Buddha and true compassion about poor. Moreover it was always done in hygienically not forced by any cheap law in the country.
