Of course, this is kindergarden understanding. Can Matara, Galle and Kurunegala District Secretaries be Tamil speaking persons? It is sheer absurd that even this simple ABC is not understood by the present day politicians who are bent on doing things the racist way.

If they want the Tamil speaking one, give it to them, but make sure all other DS IN Sinhala speaking areas are Sinhalese speaking. done.
